Admitidely, this is an intriguing, perhaps odd, sight. What is that “thing” on the lovely lady’s neck?

This curious little satchel is actually filled with restorative herbs like turmeric, mint and lemongrass and once heated and applied to the body, they are completely energizing. Traditionally known as Poultice, the solid sack has long been used as an accompaniment to an ancient form of Thai massage. This particular form of Thai ritual massage was originally implemented to restore warriors after a long day of battle. Kinda like you apres ski right? Maybe a stretch but sorta. Well, it is the ultimate pick me up and is oh-so hurtful and blissful simultaneously. Guarantied to awaken the warrior within.

Weekend Warrior Poultice Ritual

Turmeric, mint & lemongrass spice up this energizing massage.  With its roots in Thai history, this massage was originally used to restore Thai warriors after a long day of battle. 

Relax while deep acupressure points are used to get the blood pumping.   Melt while a satchel of steamed herbs is used to pulverize each tender and sore muscle in your body.  Rejuvenate as a massage with warm energizing oil is used to sooth away every last knot.
